You will work one-on-one with a child to help them with social situations, manage emotions, practice skills and work towards goals.
Requirements to be an Behavioral Specialist:
Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field from a university.
Pay starts at $22 DOE or hold a bachelor's degree in a non-human service field but have a minimum of 24 semester credits or equivalent in a human services field area.
Requirements to be a CBRS must have a Bachelor's degree and 1000 hours of experience work with children with special needs.
Pay starts at $18 DOE Requirements to be an Behavioral Technician:
Must be 24 credits away from receiving a Bachelor's degree in a human service field.
