To assist with maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems providing the customer with a quality experience.
Spend time in each department learning the trade; run parts, install and service.
Within one year this individual will be a full time service technician and running their own jobs.
Work Hours:
40
hours per week plus on call and weekend work depending on demandRequired
Qualifications:
HVAC education preferred and strong mechanical background Previous trade or construction background preferred Ability and aspiration to learn new skills Clean driving record and insurable driving record Must pass drug and background screens Experience making repair and replace decisions Advanced customer service skills Recommended Skills Construction Curiosity Customer Service Hvac Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
