Responsibilities:
Hiring and filling staff positions for the store Training new staff on product knowledge, policies, and duties Continuing the knowledge and salesmanship skills of current employees Creating and managing schedules for staff Positively leading a team of sales staff by example Inventorying store on a regular basis Maintaining store cleanliness daily Counting and ensuring the accuracy of tills and bank deposits Running a Point of Sale system Consistent communication with general manager Knowledge and Skills:
Must have a high school diploma Proficient reading and writing skills Previous leadership experience preferred Previous sales experience preferred Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word Organization and time management skills Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$45,000.
