Serve, Delight and Engage our members while they shop their way. The Administrative Coordinator assists
with all general clerical office functions within the store excluding the cash office functions. This position
supports Human Resource administration with daily HR workflow and compliance items and is responsible for
processing store payroll.
o Maintains a clean organized work area with file cabinets set to corporate guidelines.
o Adheres to privacy requirements and maintains confidentiality of associate information.
o Assists in all office general office functions and completes in a timely manner.
o Prints consolidated invoice reports daily and verifies that open invoices are closed with 24 hours.
o Prints and verifies End of Daily Shipment log report with packing slips.
o Verifies entries on the invoice register report for accuracy and follows-up on any found discrepancies.
o Keeps accurate records of all Selling Price Adjustments (SPA) and Unit Adjustments 9UA) forms. Forms must be tracked and keyed on a regular basis to preserve unit integrity.
o Reconciles Concur expenses.
o Ensures store compliance for daily and weekly HR Review process.
o Understands HR Scorecard and assists management in holding associates accountable to meet defined goals.
o Processes and reconciles weekly time sheets; follows up with employees to ensure accuracy.
o Processes payroll weekly and adheres to all company policies as well as State and Federal payroll laws.
o Ensures that HR administration is completed in accordance with company guidelines.
o Prints and communicates all compliance reporting to Store Manager. Examples include: Punch Edit Exception Report, Meal Break Violation Report, Associate Self Correction Report, etc.
o Maintains working knowledge employment policies and practices and ensures awareness and compliance throughout store.
o Performs other duties as assigned

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
