You will interact daily with clients at a Pacific Crest office location while managing an established and growing insurance book of business.
About the Job:
As a licensed customer service agent you will be responsible for daily interaction with established clientele. You will be trained and expected to fully understand and represent company products to our established customer base as well as fielding all incoming general insurance calls, client calls, walk-ins, insurance leads and policy updates.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1
years Insurance Agency experience
- Experience quoting and servicing personal lines insurance with a strong focus on client retention and growth
- College degree preferred but raw talent will receive consideration
- Must be presently licensed in Property, Casualty & Life - Commercial experience is a definite bonus
- Possess strong organizational skills including attention to detail and follow-up capabilities
- Proficient in operating personal computers and performing routine calculations
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications
- Ability to resolve client issues in professional, respectful, and friendly manner at all times
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
